How do I cancel a booking? Open the session from your Profile and use the Cancel option. For spot bookings, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start time are fully refunded. For whole pitch bookings, cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session start time are fully refunded.
I paid, but my booking is missing. Email us with your phone number and the approximate time of payment, and we'll look into it.
How do I delete my account or my data? Email us and we'll process your request within 30 days.
